Tammy Targets Chelsea’s Main Team Next Season

Aston Villa of England striker, Tammy Abraham has confessed that he is targeting relevance in the main team of his parent club, Chelsea, as he believes he has what it takes to play regularly with The Blues.

After enacting a stunning run of form with Villa int he English Championship so far this season, Tammy has turned his focus on the English Premier League, which he says he wants to take by storm next season.

Sports247.ng gathered further that Tammy has put aside his thoughts about a transfer from Villa in the summer, nor is he keen on going out of England as before, because he wants to make his mark with Chelsea.

The 21-year-old Nigerian-born striker, who has scored 21 goals for Villa, saw another potential loan switch to Wolverhampton Wanderers break down in January, but he now wants to rejoin Chelsea after his loan stint.

Haven also earlier seen loan spells at Bristol City and Swansea City, the lanky lad, whose parents hail from Rivers State in Nigeria, stressed that he is ready to challenge for a spot in Chelsea’s first team after helping Villa gain promotion back to the EPL.

Tammy declared: “As a young kid, I’ve always believed that I will play for Chelsea. I always believe that.

“I think I have the ability to. I just have to, when I get the opportunity, grab it with two hands. That’s the aim going into next season.”
