A member of Nigeria’s men’s table tennis team, Muiz Adegoke is still celebrating Thursday’s victory over Ivory Coast in the 2025 ITTF Africa West Regional Championship final.
Sports247 reports that the Nigerian team swept all the sets in a 3-0 spanking of the Ivorians, and Adegoke revealed that the victory made him really happy.

He added that the biggest reason for his happiness was in that he and his colleagues were able to win the West African title after losing in the semi-finals last year.
“I am so excited that we won the West Africa title this year. I was sad last year, because we lost in the semi-finals.
“This victory is good for us and me. I really enjoyed the match, and it raised my mood for the singles,” Adegoke disclosed
