The Scripting of the Surulere Regional League2020 which was held yesterday at De Elegance Hotel and Suite , Surulere was successful .
In attendance are all club owners of different participating teams in the SRL 1. some club owners who were not able to be in the meeting but send there messages to the league management reasons.
The Club owners Executive commitee was officially inaugurated and all members was presented to the public.
The Club owner executive members are

The height of the day was the arrival of the Surulere Local Government Chairman Hon Taju Ajide and his Entourage.
The Honourable Chairman gave his word and full support to the league. Also said the Surulere Regional League is the Pace setter which other regions will copy from.
Also addressing the club owners are the Lagos State Referees Vice Chairman Mr Huzzaine Kabir , CEO ElegbeteTv (Mr Edafe Eseoghene) and Mr Aikoje Ojekaire (Sport Journalist and Brand Expert)
The Surulere League Management and Club owners agreed to play the Surulere Regional League 2020/2021 in a grouped format which will be divided in 2 (Group A and Group B) due to the effect of the Pandemic so the league will be able to end this year in the case football resumes which will enable early preparation for next season.
The Management also agreed that the champion of the league will be determine in a 8 teams playoff. (The First 4 teams in each group) while the 2 bottom in each group relegate to the SRL Two.
While we wait when football resumes the Surulere League management told the Club owners there readiness for the upcoming season and appeal to all teams to be ready as well and most importantly give the brand promise and brand experience to there customers which are Fans , Agents and scouts which Mr Ojekaire Aikhoje talked about.
The Haggai Official Ball and Jersey for the Surulere Regional League 2020/2021 season was presented to the Chairman Surulere Local Government Hon Tajudeen Ajide and HonTaju Disu (Commisioner Of Sport surulere local government) which they endorsed.
The Chairman Surulere Regional League Alh Salau Abiodun also give thanks to all club owners , the Media Houses and all invited guest for a successful meeting.
The grouping of the teams was also done in presence of All club owners and Media Houses which was picked by Honourable Taju Disu (Commisioner Sport Surulere Local Government )and Mr Kabir Huzzaine (V.Chairman Lagos State Refeeree Association)
