Surulere League Management Symphatises With Ajuwa FC On Death Of George Korikpamo

Surulere League Management has sympathized with the Family and management of the Ajuwa Football club on the demise of their Coach George Korikpamo.

The late coach slumped and died recently at the age of 52. Coach Korikpamo was born in 1968 and during his active days, he played for defunct Nigeria Railway Football Club of Lagos, defunct Nitel Vasco of Enugu, defunct Federal Industry FC of Abuja and defunct NEPA FC of Ilorin.

In a statement issued by Surulere Management League prayed that God Almighty would grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss and grant late coach eternal rest.
Speaking on the late coach, the team manager of FC Bethel, Seyi Jones said late Korikpamo and him were teammates in the national league and described his death as a great loss to football family in Lagos.

In his own remark, president of Utility Sports FC, Lawal Abiodun said he was shocked to hear one of his colleagues passed away.

President of Surulere Regional League, Alhaji Salau Abiodun expressed sadness over the late coach and prayed that God should uphold the deceased family and his relations.
