Super Accurate Football Academy of Ikotun have set their eyes on winning the under-10 category of God Did Foundation 2nd Term Holiday Competition at Anglican Primary School, Akesan, Lagos.
Sports247 reports that the boys of Coach Adewale Oseni (aka Super) will battle less fancied United Tao Football Academy in Sunday’s potentially explosive final, after both sides scaled their respective last-four hurdles on Thursday.
While United Tao silenced the home team, GodDid Foundation Football Academy with a sensational 3-0 victory in the first semi-final, Super Accurate needed penalties to push aside their local rivals, Adebayo Samba FA on the elongated hard surfaced putch.
Both teams went toe-to-toe for the entire duration of the crunch encounter at the same venue, but neither side could score, and it required the lottery of penalties to put Super Accurate through on 4-2.
Coach Super will now be counting on his lads to overcome all odds against United Tao and win the under-10 category, while the team that beat his under-13 squad, Young Tigers of Coach Taiwo Abiodun (aka Santos) face God Did Foundation U13 in the day’s other final.
