The minister for sports and youths development, Sunday Dare kept his promise and was at oworonshoki annual boxing competition to support 8 years old Shekinat .
The minister joined over 500 fans at the boxing fiesta to witness the young boxers take to the ring as they showcases their skills .
The minister tweeted
“This afternoon I kept my promise to 8-year old pugilist, Shekinat that I will be at the ring side to cheer her in the Oworonshoki annual boxing competition. At the Youth Center, I joined over 500 others to watch young girls & boys fight with gusto, bout after bout. Talents galore ”
