The 21st edition of the East of the Niger inter club tennis championship (ENIC) will serve off Thursday in Owerri.
Defending Champions and host, STDC Owerri will battle three other clubs, Orlu recraction club, Aba sports club and Onitsha sports club.
The quest to be the first club to win the super league format of the championship back to back since it began four years ago begins on Thursday, STDC defeated Aba sports club by three games to two to win the last edition of the longest regional tennis championship in Nnewi last season.
The Championship will serve off on Thursday and will come to an end on Saturday
