The Nigerian shot-stopper is currently a free agent and has been linked with a number of clubs, including South African giants Kaizer Chiefs FC. Despite the speculation, Nwabali made it clear that he is in no rush to decide his next destination.
Speaking in an interview with Soccer Laduma, the goalkeeper emphasized his flexibility and readiness to embrace any suitable opportunity that comes his way.
“I’m not worried… I don’t really have a particular place or a particular country I want to play in, you see? So, anywhere that welcomes me well, I can play. That’s it,” he said.
Nwabali’s composed stance reflects both confidence and patience, as he weighs his next move in what could be a crucial stage of his career.
Having established himself as a reliable presence for the Super Eagles, the 27-year-old is expected to attract interest from clubs seeking experience and stability between the posts.
His performances at international level have enhanced his profile, making him a valuable option in the transfer market despite his current free agent status.
As the transfer window progresses, attention will remain on where Nwabali lands next, with the goalkeeper seemingly prioritizing the right environment over immediate commitments.
