The 1994 set of St Finbars College Akoka notably know for their dominance in the sports of Basketball and football on Saturday held a reunion ceremony in Lagos to celebrate the 24th year of graduating from the school.
The alumni who gathered along with their families to celebrate one another also took time out to celebrate and shower accolades of their mathematics teacher Mr Ikumawoyi who they all unanimously agreed was the best teacher during their time at the prestigious citadel of learning.
Mr Ikumawoyi who taught the students at the school right from their Junior class was honored along with members of his family with a token by members of the set.
The alumni’s also presented a corporate responsibility service item to Modupe Cool as a gesture of appreciation.
President of the set Mr Christopher Malagu during a vote of thanks appreciated members of the set for the togetherness, love and always being ready to help members of the set and their immediate environment.
Malagu also states that with the togetherness they share he believes on the coming editions they will not only be able to help and celebrate their ex teacher’s but they will be able to impact the state (Lagos) and more.
