Jide-Ojo Olusola, CEO of 247SportsNetworkLimited — owners of the fast-rising Nigerian sports platform sports247.ng — has congratulated Yinka Adebayo on his appointment as the first-ever Chairman of The Peak Performer Africa (TPP Africa) Festival 2025.

The appointment of Adebayo, a two-time honouree of TPP Africa, underscores the organisation’s commitment to celebrating leaders who drive productivity, performance, and inclusive growth, while inspiring Africa’s next generation of achievers. With more than 30 years of experience, he is widely regarded as one of Africa’s foremost figures in media and marketing.

Adebayo began his career at Promoserve Limited in 1995 before moving on to hold pivotal roles at Admix Communications and Martlink Limited. His industry contributions have since earned him a reputation as a respected thought leader, frequent industry panelist, and committed professional. He is a member of APCON and NIPR, as well as an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

As TPP Fest’s inaugural Chairman, Adebayo will act as ambassador, advisor, connector, and mentor, shaping the festival’s flagship programmes — including the Emerging Leaders Summit, Women in Leadership Appreciation Dinner, CEO Forum, and the prestigious TPP Awards, which will close the two-day event.

“Mr. Adebayo’s leadership journey, track record of excellence, and deep commitment to Africa’s growth exemplify the very essence of what we stand for at TPP Africa,” said Dr. Abiola Salami, Convener of TPP Fest and Founder of TPP Africa.

Responding to his appointment, Adebayo expressed both gratitude and determination:
“It is an honour to serve as the first-ever Chairman of TPP Fest 2025. This platform is more than a recognition night. It is a continental movement for driving productivity, excellence, and legacy. With the right leadership, a continent as blessed as ours can and should only head in one direction—the top.”

TPP Fest 2025 will take place on November 17–18, bringing together some of Africa’s most influential leaders, including CEOs, C-suite executives, policymakers, women in leadership, creatives, and emerging professionals. The gathering will spark conversations around productivity, innovation, and legacy while celebrating icons of leadership and impact through the TPP Awards.

Past honourees of the Awards include business titan Dr. Biodun Shobanjo, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Lady Maiden Alex-Ibru, Ogiame Atuwatse III, Aigboje Aig-Imohukhuede, Dr. Mosun Belo-Olusoga, Sir Ademola Aladekomo, and Dr. John Momoh, among others.

With Adebayo’s appointment, TPP Fest 2025 looks set to open a bold new chapter in advancing Africa’s culture of productivity, performance, and leadership.
