Adelani opened the scoring in the 5th minute with a brilliant finish, setting the tone for a dominant performance by Spartak Pleven and marking a memorable milestone in his European career.
The Nigerian attacker moved to Europe in November last year after signing for Botev Plovdiv, before being loaned to Spartak Pleven to gain more playing time.
So far, Adelani has made three appearances for the Spartans—known as the Spartaklii—and announced himself in style by scoring on his third outing.
The early goal highlights the young forward’s growing confidence and attacking potential as he continues his development in Bulgarian football, with many now tipping him as one to watch for Spartak Pleven this season.
