The experience gained in Cameroon and Ghana by fast-rising grassroots football coach, Olalere Sholagbade has become a massive boost for his budding academy in Lagos, Sports247 reports.
Since its inception in 2017 at Signals Military Barracks, Mile 2, Sharp Talent Football Academy gained a solid bedrock and continues waxing strong under the vast experience of Coach Sholagbade.

The youthful tactician acknowledged that God has also helped him with very obedient players at various age-grade levels, who are ready to listen, learn and obey all his instructions.
He further told Sports247 in an exclusive chat that he has been able to sustain the team mostly through unflinching support by parents of his players and dutiful assistance from a very close friend, Coach Adebisi.
“It has not been easy, but I have to thank God for the journey so far,” said Sholagbade, who played as a right-full-back, defensive midfielder and attacker with Pison Divine Royals FC of Lagos before travelling abroad.
“I have been able to use some of the experience that I gained while playing in Cameroon and Ghana, but the biggest support I’ve got is from parents of my players.
“I am also grateful to Coach Adebisi and my boss at the frozen fish company where I work, Springfeast. They are the ones who have helped me build this academy up to the level we have attained,” Sholagbade eulogised.
