Napoli’s star forward, Victor Osimhen will undergo medical examination ahead of their Serie A game against Spezia on Saturday following his muscle injury and cameo appearance against Liverpool.
Initially doubted for the game, Osimhen was named in the starting XI in thier opening UCL group game against Liverpool but was subbed off before halftime for precautionary measures after the Nigerian revealed he felt a niggle.
Highly instrumental, he was unlucky to get a goal and register his name on the score sheet after he missed a spot kick as the Italian side ran out eventual winners in an impressive 4 -1 scoreline.
In preparations for the weekend game, Victor Osimhen was seen to by club doctors and will undergo medical examinations today as revealed by the club.
