Sani Lulu Tells Eagles To Play With Caution

Former president of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Sani Lulu-Abdullahi has told the Super Eagles to play with caution against South Africa on Saturday, as he says Bafana Bafana are also a very formidable side.

 

 

Sports247.ng reports that, though Lulu believes the Eagles have what it takes to qualify for next year’s Africa Cup of Nations, he tasked the players not to be overconfident against South Africa.

Lulu expressed confidence in the fitness of the Eagles, but added that only caution is required to grab the expected victory with the new crop of players, who he also charged to play as a team.

The former NFF boss restated his belief in the Eagles’ ability to qualify for Cameroon 2019, as he believes the Nigerian players are among the best in Africa and their competence is not in doubt.
