Rohr lauds Eagles attitude

Nigeria head coach, Gernot Rohr has lauded the mentality of his players after presiding over the training sessions ahead of the crunch Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier with Libya, reports Sports247.ng.

 

The former Niger Republic boss supervised the Eagles training at the Practice Pitch of the Godswill Akpabio Stadium during the week.

 

He expressed satisfaction with the body language of his players ahead of the game on Saturday.

 

“I must say the attitude is good. The players look very exciting. There is the passion to do well for the country,” the Franco-German trainer declared to Sports247.ng.

 

Nigeria will host the first leg at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Saturday 13th October with the return leg scheduled for the 18,000-capacity Stade Taïeb Mhiri in the city of Sfax, Tunisia on Tuesday 16th October.
