Robo Queens opened the scoring in the 27th minute through Favour Nkwocha, who reacted quickest inside the box to turn home a loose ball after sustained attacking pressure. The goal settled the side and energized their play even further.

As Confluence Queens struggled to settle, Robo Queens continued to press, and their persistence paid off again in the 40th minute when Tosin Rafiu doubled the advantage. A clever buildup carved open the visitors’ backline, leaving Rafiu with space to slot home calmly and put her team firmly in control heading into the break.

Kemi Adegbuyi’s Quickfire Double

The second half saw Robo Queens maintain their dominance, and the match was effectively put beyond reach thanks to a stunning two-minute brace from Kemi Adegbuyi.

In the 54th minute, Adegbuyi finished off a flowing attacking move, showing excellent composure to beat the goalkeeper. Just two minutes later, she struck again — this time reacting sharply to a defensive lapse to extend Robo Queens’ lead to 4–0.

Her double not only killed off the contest but also showcased her instinctive finishing and positional awareness.

In Akure, FC Robo Queens secured a valuable 1-0 away victory over Sunshine Queens, thanks to a decisive strike from Marvelous Oladuni.

The emphatic win strengthens Robo Queens’ position in the NWFL Premiership as the season approaches its decisive stages, while Confluence Queens will need to regroup quickly to avoid slipping further down the standings
