Manchester United of England winger, Patrick Chinazaekpere Dorgu has thrown the lid off factors that helped him net his first goal ever for The Red Devils, saying it was all about staying patient and working harder.
Sports247 reports that the Nigerian-born dazzler made a world of difference in helping United seal a 1-0 win against Newcastle United at Old Trafford, and he disclosed afterwards how it became possible.

Dorgu, who previously played for Husum, Akademisk and Nordsjælland of Denmark as well as Lecce of Italy, added that listening to his coach, Ruben Amorim and fitting into the gaffer’s change of tactics helped him.
He acknowledged how he was able to adapt to various roles against The Magpies during Thursday’s fixture in the English Premier League and enthused that it is the beginning of better days to come for him at Old Trafford.
Despite only having 33% possession, United overcame The Magpies, courtesy a stunning left-footed volley from Dorgu in the first half, though he was deployed as a right-sided-winger in Amorim’s new system.
Having switched from left-wing-back to the right wing as part of a reshuffle by Amorim, Dorgu rewarded the Portuguese tactician with a decisive goal midway through the first half to jerk United up to fifth on the table and the youngster adnitted his delight.
“I didn’t know I could do that, but I was very happy to score my first goal in this stadium as well. It was amazing.
“I just looked at the ball, saw it drop, and I just hit it. I’ve been practising in training, so I think that’s what helped me.
“I just took what he told me to work on my confidence and stuff (like that). I think I did well,” the Nigerian-born Denmark international explained.
Sports247 noted that Thursday’s game marked a huge step forward for Dorgu, who grew up in Husum-Copenhagen, Denmark, where he started playing football at the local club, Husum Boldklub alongside his brothers, Ifenna and Gabriel.
