OYAH SPORTS FC OF SULEJA RESUMES 9TH SEPTEMBER, 2019

In a bid to have a compactly formidable team that will give the team the needed mandated results, newly promoted NNL Professional league team – Oyah Sports Football Club of Suleja have announced Monday 9th September 2019, as the resumption date for adequate preparation ahead of the 2019/2020 Nigeria National League (NNL) Season.

The management and coaching crew have decided to retain twenty-two (22) players from the squad that help the team gained promotion to the NNL. Five (5) young players will be promoted from the club’s academy/ Feeders whilst 8 new and tested/experienced players will be recruited to complete the squad for the 2019/2020 Nigeria National League (NNL). The Team Manager, Adamu Jibrin Yusuf will communicate to the retain players.

Meanwhile, the management will try to renew the contracts of the Head Coach Abdulrasheed Dauda and his second Assistant Nathaniel Eze (Aka. IKUKU) whose contracts expired at the end of the NLO 2018/2019 football season. Coach Chika Sabastine Samson (Aka. Morihno) still remains as the club’s first Assistant Coach and head coach of the Reserve team.

The club has shortlisted Coach Houandinou Valere (Assistant coach for Togo senior national team ) and Mika Lumijärvi (AC Kajaani’s Head coach) for the post as Technical Adviser.

The Niger State house of Reps, Honourable Abubakar Lado who is the club’s chief Patron has expressed his appreciation, happiness and congratulates the management and coaching crew for bringing professional football to the town of suleja.. “this historic promotion of Oyah sports fc of suleja is highly appreciated by the government and people of Suleja and Niger State as a whole” we the people of suleja will give all the support to the management of Oyah Sports fc to enable the team to have a good 2019/2020 NNL season.. Hon. Abubakar Lado has pledge 1,000,000 Naira towards the renovation of the Awwal Ibrahim Suleja Township stadium for the stadium to get the NNL approval for professional matches. SEPA progressive forum, an NGO based in suleja has huge the suleja Local Government and business entrepreneurs of Suleja to support our darling team of SULEJA.

In another development, the club’s CEO Mr Osman Sillah and the club’s Ambassador Mr Tosin Oluseyi are in advance talk with Business entrepreneurs from Germany and Taiwan for possible partnership and sponsorship.
