The chief executive officer of Owu Sportswear, Barrister Tunji Brown has declared that his outfit, which is reputed as Nigeria’s leading indigenous kit manufacturing company, is ‘supporting grassroots football 100%’ in the country.

Sports247 reports that Barrister Brown made the declaration while announcing a new partnership his company has embarked upon in support of the league championship of Lagos State Football Association (LSFA).
While affirming that Owu Sportswear is now the official kit sponsor for the Lagos State Super League’s 2026 season, Brown added that the move reaffirms his company’s commitment to grassroots sports development across the metropolis.
“We are supporting grassroots sports one hundred per cent, and this is our contribution to the growth and development of football at the highest level in the state,” asserted Brown, whose firm has several milestones in Nigeria.
Sports247 gathered further that, as part of its support, Owu Sportswear, which is an indigenous brand that produces high-quality sportswear for Nigerian, African and global markets, is giving very significant discounts on kits for all competing teams.
This means a reduction in prices of all kit to be purchased by teams participating in the league, which is scheduled to kick off later this month, ahead of which Brown added that the company’s involvement will extend into the Super Four phase.
