Kaduna Golf Club is set to host the 2026 First Bank Kaduna Golf Tournament on March 28, with more than 200 golfers expected to compete in the one-day event.
The tournament, sponsored by First Bank of Nigeria, is one of the club’s major annual competitions and is anticipated to attract participants from across the country.
Captain of the club, Nazifi Jibrin, said preparations are already in full swing to ensure a successful and memorable event.
Jibrin noted that organisers are working tirelessly to deliver an improved edition of the tournament, adding that this year’s competition is expected to be bigger and more competitive.
The Kaduna Golf Club tournament has continued to grow in stature over the years, bringing together amateur and professional golfers while promoting the development of the sport in Nigeria.
Organisers say the 2026 edition will not only provide a platform for healthy competition but also strengthen the relationship between the golfing community and corporate sponsors supporting the growth of golf in the country.
