Scary reactions have erupted at Galatasaray of Turkey over the latest injury copped by their marquee player, Victor James Osimhen, who limped out of international duty on Sunday.
Sports247 reports that, while Nigeria’s Super Eagles failed to fly in Osinhem’s absence against DR Congo on Sunday, a similar scenario is already being feared at Galatasaray.

Frenetic efforts have now begun to get Osimhen back into peak shape ahead of his club’s Istanbul derby with
Fernebahce in the Turkish Super Lig, but experts are quite skeptical of his presence for that game.
Turkish journalist, Ali Naci Kucuk told Sky Spor TR that Osimhen looks very likely to miss the crunch derby with Fenerbahce on December 1.
Kucuk furher disclosed, “A meeting was held with Osimhen late last night. The exact situation will become clear after the MRI (with) suspicion of either a muscle or hamstring injury.
“Osimhen couldn’t continue the match because he felt pain in one of the two areas. I think there’s a 51% chance Osimhen won’t play in the Fenerbahçe derby in Kadıköy.”
