Spanish third seeds Javier Montes Jimenez and Raul Sanchez Romero have booked their place in the Boys’ Doubles final at the J30 Accra – Tennis Foundation Ghana Open.
Sports247 reports that the Spanish pair secured their place in the championship match after defeating the American-Nigerian combination of David Beckles and Nigeria’s Seyi Ebenezer Ogunsakin in straight sets.

Montes Jimenez and Sanchez Romero produced a composed performance to claim a 7–5, 6–3 victory and end the run of Beckles and Ogunsakin in the doubles event.
The opening set was closely contested, with both partnerships battling for control before the Spanish third seeds edged it 7–5.
Montes Jimenez and Sanchez Romero then carried their momentum into the second set, maintaining their composure at crucial moments to seal a 6–3 victory and complete the straight-set win.
For Ogunsakin, the defeat brings his Boys’ Doubles campaign to an end, although his participation in Accra continues to underline his growing presence on the international junior tennis circuit.
The Nigerian youngster has been competing against some of the best emerging players on the ITF junior circuit and continues to gain valuable experience from international tournaments.
The Spanish duo will now turn their attention to the final, where they will bid to crown their impressive campaign in Accra with the Boys’ Doubles title.
