Enugu Rangers head coach, Gbenga Ogunbote admits his side are under pressure to sustain their impressive performances in the Nigeria Professional Football League this season.
The Flying Antelopes are unbeaten in the last 13 game after their opening day defeat to MFM in Lagos and are currently leading Group A six points with two games in hand.
Speaking ahead of the Bendel Insurance vs Ranger Int’l postponed game, The former Sunshine Stars and Enyimba International gaffer confessed that it has been hard for the team to keep up with the pressure associated with being at the top of the league table.
“I must confess that it is becoming a big pressure for us maintaining our position on the league but we are condemned to take the pressure and keep our heads high,” Ogunbote told the media.
Ogunbote added that his players are motivated by the prospect of playing at the continent again after this season’s experience in the CAF Confederations Cup.
