Newly elected president of the Nigeria Rowing, Canoe, and Sailing Federation, Akin Ogunbiyi, has pledged to make infrastructure development and talent discovery the cornerstone of his administration.
Elected unopposed with all 13 votes, Ogunbiyi succeeds Rear Admiral Festus Porbeni (rtd) and aims to build world-class facilities nationwide.

“Our next phase is to develop talent from all corners and create infrastructure that meets international standards,” he said.
