Olympique Marseille of France winger, Ethan Nwaneri has gained a sympathetic verdict from one of his teammates, who admitted that the Nigerian-born youngster is not finding it easy to settle down at the Ligue 1 club.
Sports247 reports that Nwaneri is on loan at Marseille from Arsenal, who thought he would be able to get more playing time with the French outfit, but the going now appears as stiff as he found it in England.

That reality was highlighted by Nwaneri’s pal at ‘OM,’ Quinten Timber, who acknowledged the challenges being faced by the Nigerian-born England youth international during his ongoing transition period.
Nwaneri’s hope of making the best of his loan move to Marseille became tougher after the exit of the Italian coach he met on arrival, as the youngster has struggled since Roberto De Zerbi’s sudden exit.
Quinten, who is the twin brother of Nwaneri’s Arsenal teammate, Jurrien Timber, sounded very sympathetic, as he told Football Transfers: “It hasn’t been easy for him recently, but it’s part of his journey.”
