Muniru AbdulAziz is now the newly appointed head coach of Nigeria Premier Football League outfit, El-Kanemi Warriors.
The Maiduguri club sacked their former technical crew led by Abubakar Hassan “Mai Zubura” last month due to poor performance.
AbdulAziz will take charge of the club for the second half of the season.
El-Kanemi Warriors are battling to escape relegation from the NPFL.
The club recorded just one win from nine matches in the first stanza.
The club is set to travel away to Kwara United when the league resumes on March 25, 2023.
