NPFL Transfer: Shooting Stars Confirm Return To Club On A One-year Deal

Ibadan-based club, Shooting Stars has officially confirmed the homecoming of midfield maestro Junior Abiodun on a one-year deal ahead of the 2923/24 NPFL season.

“Ayobami Junior Abiodun is back into the Oluyole Warriors’ fold”, the club posted on their X platform.

After stints with Kano Pillars and Kwara United, the mercurial midfielder returns to a familiar terrain on a 1-year-deal valid until the end of the season.

Meanwhile, the league will be on hold after the official communication from the NPFL chief operating officer David Owumi that the body wants to make sure that everything necessary is put in place alongside getting a sponsor, hence The opening game between 3SC and Plateau United will no longer hold.
