Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) and Abia Warriors recorded impressive away victories on Matchday action in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), picking up maximum points on the road.

In Ilorin, Abia Warriors secured a hard-fought 1–0 win against Kun Khalifat.
Suraju Lawal emerged as the match winner, netting the decisive goal in the 81st minute to hand the Umuahia-based side a valuable away victory.
Shooting Stars also enjoyed success away from home, edging Barau FC 1–0. An early strike from Sodiq Ibrahim in the 9th minute proved enough for the Oluyole Warriors to return home with all three points.
Elsewhere, Kano Pillars were held to a goalless draw by Wolves in a tightly contested encounter, while Plateau United and Nasarawa United also shared the spoils in a 0–0 stalemate.
In Minna, Niger Tornadoes produced a dominant display, cruising to a 3–0 victory over El-Kanemi Warriors.
Azeez Akintunde opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 5th minute before Rickson Mendos sealed the win with a late brace in the 79th and 83rd minutes.
At the Enyimba International Stadium, the People’s Elephant claimed a 3–1 home win over Kwara United.
Samuel Agu put Enyimba ahead in the 23rd minute before Toheeb Gidado briefly restored parity for the visitors.
However, Chidera Michael struck twice in the second half to secure all three points for the Aba giants.
The latest round of fixtures further intensified the NPFL title race and relegation battle as teams continue to jostle for position early in the season.
