NPFL: Ladan Bosso Arrives To Finalize Deal with Adamawa United

The fans of the Adamawa United Football Club were in a jubilant mood this morning, at the Yola International Airport, as they celebrated the arrival of “the master”, the famous Coach Isah Ladan Bosso, aboard Max Air.

Coach Bosso, who has handled different categories of the Nigerian national teams to different tournaments on the African continent and on the global stage also coached so many top-flight clubs in Nigeria with distinction.

Famous amongst his international exploits was his spectacular achievements with the U-20 and the U-23 national teams on the African continent and the global stage.

Coach Isah Ladan Bosso also had a fulfilling run with some top-flight clubs like Kano pillars, Wikki Tourist of Bauchi, Abia Warriors of Aba, Gombe United, Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri, FC Ifeanyi Uba, and Bayelsa United, where he took them to the continental stage amongst others.

“The Master” is in Yola to discuss personal terms with the Management of Adamawa United Football Club towards his engagement as the Technical Director of the team.

The Chairman of the Club, Mr. Emmanuel Zira, is extremely delighted that Coach Bosso, who is also the current President of the Coaches Association of Nigeria, has agreed to work with the club in this very important capacity.

Mr. Zira said that to have his signature on Adamawa United Contract Form will be a big boost to the club in the ongoing effort to reorganize the club, as it is a combination of top-grade coaches for the team. Mr. Zira further said that he will communicate the final negotiated terms with the Government in order to keep them informed of all the activities of the clubs.
Coach Bosso will be assisted by another top-notch coach, Justin Madugu, as the Technical Adviser.

Coach Madugu who was an Assistant Coach of the Home-based Super Eagles as Assitant Coach with the Various National Women teams and Currently with the Super Falcons of Nigeria won numerous trophies with the National Women teams on the African Continent, and also represented Nigeria in different World Cup tournaments. They will be ably assisted by another exciting young Coach, who is also a CAF licensed Coach, Bello Ibrahim alias Zakka.

Mr. Zira is indeed excited that he is able to assemble a crack team to take charge of Adamawa United Football Club in the coming 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League season, which is scheduled to commence in October 2020.

Mr. Zira said that he is extremely thankful to the “Action Governor” HE, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, who is breaking grounds in all the facets of Infrastructural and human development in Adamawa State, and that he is happy to be part of the team transforming Adamawa State, as he intends to contribute his very tiny quota, by making the Governor happy.
