Nigeria Professional Football League 2024/2025 Champion’s Remo Stars has unveiled the new kits ahead of the new league season.
Nigeria-based graphics designer, Joshua Fowowe and his Cameroonian counterpart Ako Mbi, was named winners of the highly anticipated Jersey Design Challenge, organised by Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side, Remo Stars Football Club.

Remo Stars , popularly known as the Sky Blue Stars, had launched the competition earlier this year as part of its fan engagement strategy, calling on supporters and creative designers from across the country to submit innovative concepts for the club’s official kits for the 2025/2026 season. The kits included the team’s home and away jerseys.
In a statement on the clubs official Instagram handle, Fowowe from Lagos, Nigeria and Mbi from Limbe, Cameroon were announced winners of the highly contested competition.
The club confirmed that the design models will be modified and tweaked to give the final look of the 2025/2026 kits.

As preparations begin to gear up for the 2025/2026 NPFL season, Remo Stars will hope to continue on their historic NPFL campaign after winning first-ever league title, cementing their status as one of Nigeria’s emerging football powerhouses.

The club announced recently on some renovations at Remo Stars stadium in Ikenne, as they have confirm a temporary shift in their home ground
The MKO Abiola Sports Arena Kuto, Abeokuta will serve as their temporary home ground until the Remo Stars stadium will be fully fixed.
