After keeping a clean sheet in the South Western derby on matchday 3, MFM FC goalkeeper, Osayi Kingdom has declared that the Olukoya Boys aim to finish in the top 4 at the end of the season.
Kingdom, 21, made his debut in a 1-0 loss to Lobi Stars on matchday 2 in Makurdi.
Speaking exclusively to Sports247 after Sunday’s game, the youngster said he was happy playing a game at home.
“This is my second game and my first home game. I am happy I was able to keep a clean sheet and I return all the glory to God.”
On the team’s target for the season, the goalkeeper said they aim to play on the continent next season.
“Well, our target is to play on the continent. Everyone including the management of the club have agreed to this and this is what we are gunning for this season.”
The Olukoya Boys have won two home games back to back scoring thrice in the process.
