Dream Stars Ladies Coach, Olowookere Bankole who was named “Coach of the Week” in the Nigeria Women Premier League week three, is not letting the results taking the sight to continue his mission in the NWPL.

The Ekiti-born gaffer masterminded a resounding 4-0 victory against Heartland Queens at the Agege Township Stadium, One of the most eye-catching results in the first round of the NWPL.

Dream Stars Ladies parade the youngest team in the League and for the young girls to spank a team managed by former Super Falcons coach, Uche Eucharia is worthy of credit.

Bankole is known for his ability to develop players, nurture talents and he demands that his team play entertaining football while also instilling winning spirit in his team.

Olowookere Bankole expressed his excitement after being named NWPL manager of the week in a chat with Dream Stars Ladies Media.

“I give all thanks to God almighty that crown my efforts, I want to also appreciate my boss at Lagos State FA, and our able Chairman of Dream Stars Ladies, Mr AbdulRahmon Abolore for trusting in my ability.

“I am excited to be named the coach of the week, we will keep working hard to improve the team in order to achieve our objectives”

“We need to remain focused in the second round by not allowing the result against Heartland makes us complacent.”

Coach Olowookere Bankole was discovered by Barr Seyi Akinwunmi, who has since charged him with the responsibility to groom talented female players accros Lagos.

As one of the favorites to manage the U17 Flamingos, Olowookere has the technical ability to restore the glory of Nigeria dominance in under age football.
