NNL Hammer Falls on Osun United, Fined 300,000 Naira, Banished to Ilorin, Forced To Identify Fans in Video Amongst Other Punishment

Following the match week, four reports of violence, breach of Covid-19 protocols, intimidation of Match officials, and damaging of team properties in the fixture against Vandrezzer FC of Lagos, the Nigeria National League board has fined Osun United three hundred thousand Naira (N300,000) for breach of Covid-19 protocols.

The board also voided the outcome of the game and have ordered that the game between Osun United and Vandrezzer FC be replayed in a neutral venue with Osun United having to bear the cost of indemnities of the match officials.
