NNL 2020/21: Stationery Stores Can Still Get Back To The NPFL – Bala Madaki

Coach Bala Madaki

Stationery Stores FC are without a win in their first four matches of the 2021 Nigerian National League campaign after being thrashed 3-0 at home on Saturday evening by arch-rivals Shooting Stars FC.

Despite the poor start, Coach Bala Madaki believes the sleeping giants can still get back to the NPFL, the highest level of the Nigerian football league pyramid.

Madaki stated that with the acquisition of the right players, the team will get back on track.

When asked if Stores can gain promotion to the NPFL, the seasoned coach told Sports247:
“Yes of course, because they have the time to make some progress and you know before their next two, three matches.

“It’s very, very easy for them. They have to work on it. They have to go back to the drawing board and look at the mistakes they made and improve on them.

“Get some players like five to add to the team. It would be possible.” Madaki concluded.
