NLO To Sanction Clubs For Violating Rule Article 2.01(3)

The Board of the Nigeria Nationwide League One, NLO has instructed the Secretariat to fully implement the relevant article regarding participation in the New Year Mega Lottery Nationwide League One season.

In light of this, the nation’s third-tier Secretariat would like to inform all clubs that any club that fails to meet the following criteria of the league will no longer be a part of NLO from the 2024 New Year Mega Lottery Nationwide League One season

2.01(3). All clubs must be affiliated with a state and pay an annual registration fee as determined by the Board of the NLO. Any club that fails to pay this fee will be considered to have withdrawn its participation in the league.

The NLO Secretariat requests that clubs who have made partial payments please provide their account number for a refund.

The 2024 New Year Mega Lottery Nationwide League One season is commencing on Saturday, April 13th, and therefore, it is necessary to remove such clubs before the fixtures are released.
