Beyond the goals, Mubarak controlled the midfield with maturity beyond his age. His range of passing, ability to switch play, physical strength, and intelligent movement allowed him to dictate the rhythm and consistently trouble the Bilbao midfield.
He spread passes across both flanks, broke pressing lines with confidence, and maintained excellent body balance under pressure.
The 18-year-old has now played in every UEFA Youth League match for Slavia Praha this season, completing the full 90 minutes on two occasions. With 3 goals in 5 matches, he is steadily establishing himself as one of the club’s most influential young talents.
Mubarak’s rise continues to attract attention, and his latest display reinforces his reputation as a Nigerian starlet capable of competing with Europe’s best at youth level.
