Nigeria’s Free Goal Scoring Prodigy Victor Samuel Elem Gets Three-Year Contract Extension at FK Pardubice

Nigerian teenage forward Victor Samuel Elem has been rewarded for his impressive goal-scoring form with a new three-year contract extension at Czech club FK Pardubice, following a prolific spell that has lit up the lower tiers of Czech football.

The 19-year-old striker, who wears jersey number 17, joined FK Pardubice on a six-month loan in June 2024 from Nigeria-based Right2Win FC.

His performances quickly convinced the club to make the move permanent in January 2025, when he signed an initial two-year deal.

That agreement has now been improved and extended, as his new deal will now run from January 2026 to 2029, a reflection of his rapid rise and growing importance to the club.

Elem’s journey to Europe began in 2024 after he was selected at a scouting tournament organised by Myron Sports in conjunction with Chito Football Academy in Lagos.

Since arriving in the Czech Republic, the centre-forward has adapted seamlessly, showcasing pace, movement and a natural eye for goal.

Playing primarily for FK Pardubice B in the Czech Football League (CFL), Elem has enjoyed an outstanding 2025/26 campaign. He has registered 12 goals and two assists in 14 CFL appearances, with a goal involvement rate of 47 percent.

Across all competitions this season, including the Chance Liga and the MOL Cup, he has recorded 13 goals and two assists in 19 matches, averaging a goal every 65 minutes.

Comfortable as a centre-forward and capable of operating on either wing, Elem’s form has also earned him opportunities with the FK Pardubice senior side.

Born on June 29, 2006, Elem remains one of Nigeria’s most promising young exports and is widely regarded as a player to watch as he continues his development in the Czech Republic.
