Nigerian youngster Benjamin Onyekachi, a striker from Campos Football Academy, Owerri, has signed his first professional contract with Tunisian top-flight club JS Kairouan.
The 19-year-old forward, who wore the number 9 jersey at Campos, has been widely regarded as one of the most promising attacking talents in his academy, praised for his pace, composure, and finishing ability.

His move to North Africa marks a major step in his career as he transitions from academy football to the professional stage. Playing in Tunisia’s Ligue 1 will provide Onyekachi with exposure to a higher level of competition, tactical development, and international visibility.
Campos Football Academy expressed pride in the move, highlighting it as another example of the academy’s role in nurturing players who progress to the professional ranks.
