Elendu, known for his physicality and aerial prowess, was previously a goalkeeper before transitioning into a central defensive role.

Standing at 6’2″, Elendu made 13 appearances in the U18 Premier League last season and was also named in Wolves’ FA Youth Cup squad, although he did not feature on the pitch. Described as an aggressive and athletic defender, he is seen as one of the most promising young talents in the Wolves academy.

Elendu signed the scholarship deal in the presence of his proud family, marking a significant milestone in his football journey.

The deal is expected to run until 2027, aligning with the typical duration of youth scholarship terms in England.

Wolverhampton Wanderers will continue Elendu’s development within their academy structure as he aims to progress toward professional ranks and future senior team opportunities.
