Batting first, Northern Lions posted 117/9 in their allotted 20 overs, with Sylvester Okpe producing a composed innings of 44 off 38 balls to anchor the effort.

Reigneth Osagie provided late momentum with a quickfire 15 from just nine deliveries as the table-toppers set a challenging target.
In reply, Central Eagles struggled to cope with the disciplined Lions bowling attack and were dismissed for 67 in 15.2 overs.
Selim Salau led the resistance with an aggressive 26 off 12 balls, while Emmanuel Boniface contributed 19 from 17 deliveries.
Northern Lions delivered an outstanding all-round bowling performance, spearheaded by Peter Aho, who claimed 4/26. Sylvester Okpe capped an impressive outing with figures of 3/10, while Ifeanyi Uboh added 2/18 and Reigneth Osagie picked up 2/15.

Middle-Belt Tigers posted 85/4, powered by an excellent all-round display from Eghosa Aghedo, who struck 40 off 30 balls. Solomon Chilemanya also chipped in with a valuable 15 from nine deliveries.
Eastern Elephants mounted a spirited chase but fell agonisingly short, finishing on 83/5 from their nine overs. Rahmon Ali starred with a rapid 26 off 12 balls, while Paul Pam added 19 from 17 deliveries.
Aghedo completed a memorable performance by taking 2/7 with the ball, while Taiwo Mohammed and Ridwanulahi Mohammed claimed one wicket apiece. For Eastern Elephants, Elochukwu Ndubudem impressed with figures of 2/14.
