Niger, Osun Win Big At National Under 18/21 Championship

The Day 3 of the National Under 18/21 Handball Championship holding at Rowe Park Sports Centre saw some of the best handballing techniques from the teams.

In the under 18 male categories, Kogi comfortably defeated MindScope Academy 19-13 while FCT had to dig deep to produce a 19-13 victory over Plateau.

Ondo couldn’t match up with the firepower of De Kings of Ogun as they lost out 29-25 while Niger defeated Osun 18-10.

In the Under 21 Male category, MindScope struggled to defeat De Kings of Ogun 31-28 while Kwara had a comfortable 30-20 win over Oyo.

Niger defeated Sokoto 28-22 while Lagos defeated 23-18.

Other matches in the Under 18 Male category saw Plateau easily defeating MindScope Academy 15-0 while Lagos defeated Kogi 21-15.

Osun comfortably defeated Providence 18-8 while Niger had a 28-9 easy win over Ondo
