Ndid stars, Iheanacho scores in Leceister first post COVID-19 win

Simce the restart of the League, Leicester City have been dealt a huge blow in thier UCL battle spot and a cruel exit for the FA after a one nil loss deficit to Chelsea amidst a pandenmic in the city.

The two Nigeria players on the books of the Foxes club started the home win against Crystal Palace in bid to stregthen thier UCL hopes.

Leicester defender James Justin did connect flush with the woodwork from 20 yards and Kelechi Iheanacho was guilty of heading wide from just six yards out.

The striker made up for that when turning in from similar range on 49 minutes, climaxing an impressive attack in which Marc Albrighton and Ayoze Perez had combined to free Youri Tielemans, who provided the most teasing of deliveries for Iheanacho to finish.

The win placed them firmly on 3rd position on the log and will be wary to keep out Chelsea, Manchester United, Wolves who are closely following.
