Former Nigerian international Tijani Babangida has shared encouraging news about his wife’s recovery, revealing that her progress has been remarkable following a challenging period for their family.

Babangida explained that the improvement in his wife’s condition has been so significant that he describes it as nothing short of a miracle.
“Her recovery feels like magic,” Babangida said.
The former Nigeria national football team winger noted that his wife has regained confidence in her movement and continues to show positive signs as she works her way back to full health.
According to him, the journey has not been easy, but the progress she has made has given the family renewed hope and strength.
“She is now more confident with her movement and continues to improve,” he added.
Babangida revealed that his wife is gradually returning to normal life and could soon be seen in public again as her recovery continues.
“She will be in the public again soon, and we will return back home,” he said.
The former winger, who enjoyed successful spells in Europe including with Dutch giants Ajax during his playing career, said the support and prayers from friends, fans and the wider football community have been extremely important during the difficult period.
“We are grateful for all the support and prayers,” Babangida noted.
Babangida also expressed optimism that the situation will continue to improve in the coming months, stressing that the family remains hopeful and focused on full recovery.
“We are thankful for the progress so far and remain hopeful for the future,” he said.
