Former Nigeria U20 striker Muhamed Tijani has officially completed a loan move from Czech giants Slavia Prague to Sigma Olomouc for the 2025/2026 season following the club’s recent Czech League Cup triumph.

The Nigerian forward signed with Slavia in June 2023 on a contract running until June 2028, following a successful stint at Baník Ostrava where he scored 11 goals in the 2021/22 season and earned a move to Prague.

With this move, Muhamed Tijani is set to feature in Sigma’s Europa League qualifying campaign, with the opportunity to reach the Europa League group stages or drop into the 2025/26 Conference League, depending on results.

Sigma’s sporting manager Ladislav Minář described Tijani as a long‑targeted striker and emphasized his physical strength and potential to add competition to their forward line.

Tijani himself expressed excitement at the move and hopes the European stage in Olomouc will boost his development ahead of a potential permanent transfer in the future.
