Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr. Sunday Dare was in attendance at the on-going Prudent Energy Handball Premier League match as he graced the game between Safety Babes and Benue Queens.
The event which took place at the Multiple Purpose Hall of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja has twenty-two two teams participating.
The league would be rounded off on Friday, November 13th, 2020.
The event is the first contact sports to be staged following the lifting of the ban on sporting activities as a result of the lockdown due to the covid-19 pandemic.
