Michael Olise’s Hope Of Joining Real Madrid Stalled By Bayern Munich

Any intention harboured by Bayern Munich of Germany dazzler, Michael Olise about joining Real Madrid of Spain might not materialize, as officials of his club are not ready to let him go, Sports247 gathered.

Madrid have joined Liverpool and Manchester City of England in the hunt for the Nigerian-born French international, but the word out of Munich is that Olise will not be allowed to leave Allianz Arena until his contract runs out.

The former Crystal Palace of England attacking midfielder has caught the eye with some sparkling displays and goals since joining The Bavarians last year, such that allowing him to leave so early could be detrimental to their long-term targets.

With that in view, a report by Tribal Football noted that Bayern’s top brass has already declared with affirmation that they will not sell Olise for any money in the world – regardless of which club comes for his signature.

The report adds: “Olise, 24, has been in some incredible form since joining Bayern from Crystal Palace back in July 2024, scoring 30 goals and providing 28 assists in 80 games.

“According to journalist Christian Falk, Real Madrid are the latest European giant to strike an interest, as they seek to sign a new right-winger.

“Bayern Munich’s stance is clear, however. The German club consider Olise ‘untouchable’ and are hoping to tie him down to a new contract soon.”
