Media and Communication Officer of NPFL club FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Engr. Iyke Nwokedi who is a staff of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka has successfully defended and bagged his Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Chemical Engineering of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State.
Dr. Ikenna Nwokedi fondly called ‘Iyke’ was supervised by the Dean, School of Post Graduate Studies (SPGS) UNIZIK and the First Female Professor of Chemical Engineering in Nigeria, Engr. Professor Philomena Igbokwe.
Engr. Iyke Nwokedi also hold a Bachelors Degree in Pure and Industrial Chemistry, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) and Masters (M.Eng.) both in Chemical Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) as well as a Professional Diploma in Journalism (PDJ).
Dr. Iyke Nwokedi is an on-air Radio/TV personality for sports and flagship programmes as well as a field correspondent, the young academic is also a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), member of Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) and the Financial Secretary of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Anambra State Chapter.
