Lukas Nmecha Picks Positives From Leeds United’s 3-2 Loss To Man City

Leeds United’s Nigerian-born forward, Lukas Nmecha is picking positives from his side’s 3-2 loss to Manchester City, as he believes their ability to initially pull level from two goals down was a massive achievement for The Lilly Whites.

Sports247 reports that Man City appeared to be cruising towards a huge win, until Nmecha and Dominic Calvert-Lewin pulled the visitors level, but the hosts still got a backbreaking winner just before the final whistle.

Nmecha admitted it was a setback that they conceded two early goals but believes they showed good comportment in fighting back to level at 2-2 before Phil Foden got City’s winner in added time.

“It’s really tough to take, but we’ve just got to take the positives and learn from the negatives. I think in the second half we were really good.

“There are always little things, and we’re getting to that stage where we have to get away from the unlucky and look more at those little, little details,” Nmecha projected.
