The Island AllStars WERBLACK WINES Synergy Cup 2025 concluded in emphatic fashion as Lugna Properties secured the championship on the final day, finishing the season with a decisive victory that confirmed their place at the top of the table.
In the title-deciding fixture, Lugna Properties defeated Drexel Apartments 2–0, with goals in the 38th and 58th minutes. A crucial save in the 71st minute preserved their lead, and the result pushed Lugna to 13 points, sealing the Synergy Cup crown.

In the second match of the final day, Wizh Clothings recorded a dominant 5–0 victory over The Beats Electronics, ending their campaign in strong fashion and confirming their position as the league’s top-scoring side. Despite the commanding win, Wiz Clothings finished behind Lugna in the final standings due to the earlier gap in points.
The final standings reflect a competitive and memorable season, highlighted by strong performances, tight contests, and a title race that remained open until the last round. Lugna’s consistency across six matchdays, combined with key defensive moments and decisive finishing, proved enough to secure the 2025 championship.
According to Chief Dr. Ike Okorafor, Director of Sports, Island All Stars Sports Club Lagos, the tournament showcased the progress and unity within the club.
He commended all four teams for their commitment, fitness, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
The Synergy Cup 2025 concludes with celebrations for Lugna Properties and recognition for all participating teams, marking the end of another successful season for Island All Stars Sports Club.
