Kwara U-12 YEG League: Abdulafeez Azeez Sets Sights On Future National Team Representation At The World Cup Games For Nigeria

Following the just concluded Kwara U-12 YEG League where we witnessed youngsters display their potentials and were also awarded for their exploits, Musty FA midfielder Adbulafeez Azeez who was awarded the midfielder of the season is setting his sights on a bigger goal.

The young midfield powerhouse is dreaming of representing Nigeria at the most prestigious competition in the game of football, the World Cup tournament as he also admits he would love to be one of the best in his position.

Speaking after his award, the youngster heaped praise on his coach, “My coach made me believe that handwork pays and I try as much as possible to train regularly. I believe that football is going to help me get to where I have been dreaming of as a player.

“I also thank the organizers of the league who have made sure we get this opportunity to play because it has given us a platform at this little age for us to start discovering ourselves earlier enough.”

“I see myself playing for the country at the World Cup and also becoming one of the best recognized midfielders in the game of football in the next five years,” he said of his dreams.
